Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within Pakistan

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
• Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
• Free shipping on orders above PKR 10,000

International Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days
• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Packaging All timepieces are carefully packaged in secure, premium packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
